Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jackson of Baraboo, and former Owen (Clark Co., Wis.)
residents, were the parents of a son born on October 31, 1969 at Baraboo. Miss
Toni Phillips went to Baraboo to babysit with the children during this time. Mr.
and Mrs. Russell Phillips drove her there, and also returned with Toni's
belongings from Oshkosh, as she plans to find work in this area.
