Schroeder, Carl (28 SEP 1893 – 19 NOV 1969)

Word was received here of the passing of Carl Schroeder, a former resident of this community (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.).

Carl was born at Longwood, Clark County, September 28, 1893. He received his education here, and was engaged in farming for a number of years. His later years were spent in Oregon, working in the lumber camps. He was a veteran of World War I. He passed away November 19, 1969, and was buried at Roseburg, Oregon.

He leaves to mourn his death, three sisters, Mrs. Reinhart Wilkens of Greenwood, Mrs. Henry Meyer of Reedsburg, and Mrs. Jake Mindnick of Pinellas Park, Florida.
