Marshfield - Benjamin "Benny" S. Quelle, of Marshfield, passed away on
Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the age 38.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at
St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee. Rev. Tom Myhre will officiate. Family and
friends are welcome from 9:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery. The Maurina-Schilling
Funeral Home in Owen is entrusted with the arrangements.
Benny was born on July 11, 1979, the son of Randy and Lori (Niznik) Quelle in
Marshfield. He graduated from Owen-Withee High School in 1997. Ben was united in
marriage to Jewelene Rohland on September 9, 2006 at Black River County Park. He
was employed as a welder/team lead at A & B Process Systems in Stratford for 17
years.
Ben truly had an appreciation for the outdoors. He drew peace and comfort from
the beauty of nature and was in awe by every unique sunset. Ben gave the best
hugs, was friendly, funny, had an awesome sense of humor. Most importantly, he
enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Ben is survived by his wife, Jewel and their two sons: Axel and Riley and a
step-daughter, Rhiannon of Spencer; his mother Lori Quelle (Neal Geist) of
Withee; his brother, Caleb Quelle (Libby Mollan) of Colby and their daughters,
Adrianna, Alexis and Adalyn. He is further survived by his maternal grandmother,
Winnie Niznik of Lublin; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and
friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randy and his brother, Joshua.
His loss will be forever felt and the happy memories, shared always among his
many friends and family.
