Penny (Wall) Hoeser, 73, of Winona, MN died Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Winona
Health.
A funeral mass will be held 2 PM, Friday, February 2 with visitation one hour
prior at the Basilica of St. Stanilslaus Kostka, Winona.

Penny Hoeser (Wall) of Winona, age 73, died Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Winona
Health.
Penny was born November 8, 1944 in Rockford, Illinois to Woodrow and Winifred
(Schafer) Wall. She married the love of her life, Philip Hoeser, in June of
1965.
Penny was a devoted wife and homemaker who enjoyed all the beauties of nature as
an avid birdwatcher during numerous hikes, visits to the Trempealeau Wildlife
Refuge, camping trips and vacations with Phil to the Porcupine Mountains. She
enjoyed gardening and was a gifted baker, particularly her cakes and Christmas
cookies. She was strong in her faith, believed in angels, and had volunteered
for various local churches throughout the years.
Penny is survived by: her children, Anthony (Angie) Hoeser of Winona and Nichole
Manning of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, McKenzie (Adam) Frickson of Houston,
MN and Ava Manning of Dallas, TX; brothers, Woodrow (Mary) Wall and Robert
(Janet) Wall; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Phil; her parents; and her older
sister, Beverly Stevens (Wall).
A funeral mass will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 with visitation
beginning one hour prior at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka with Msgr.
Hargesheimer presiding.
