Tim L. Bulgrin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Bulgrin, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), a graduate of Owen-Withee High School, attained the Dean’s Honor Roll at Milwaukee School of Engineering in the Fall Quarter.

To be named to the Dean’s Honor Roll at Milwaukee School of Engineering a student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher out of a possible 4.0.

A total of 22 students attained the Dean’s Honor Roll during the Fall Quarter, which ended November 21, 1969. Forty-nine of the 229 had a grade point of 3.7 or higher. These students represent a cross section of those enrolled in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as those enrolled in the engineering technology curriculums at MSOE.
