Kenneth Knecht, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Knecht, route 1, Unity (Clark Co., Wis.), was recently promoted to Spec. 5. He is presently serving with the 371st Radio Research Co., 1st Cavalry Airmobile in Phuoe Vinh, South Vietnam. A 1968 graduate of Loyal High School, Knecht entered the service in July of 1968, and has been in Vietnam since May of 1969.
