Among the 503 young people who will be awarded degrees at the commencement
exercises to be held at Wisconsin State University, River Falls, are two Withee
(Clark Co., Wis.) students.
Donald Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon J. Miller, will receive a B.S. in Arts
and Sciences, majoring in Sociology and monoring in Animal Science, and David
Wittek, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wittek, will graduate with a B.S. in
Agricultural Education, minoring in Economics.
Dr. James Laue, a 1969 graduate, will be the Commencement speaker. The ceremony
will be at 2 p.m. in Karges Center on the River Falls campus.
Laue's tope will be "Is Hope Hip?"
