Carol Jean Potaczek, 55, Athens, died Saturday, October 1, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 7, at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Athens, with Rev. Charles Hiebl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Athens.

Visitation is Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home in Athens and Friday beginning at 10 a.m. at the church.

There will be a bible vigil at 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening at the Athens funeral home.
