Uher, Walter H. Sr. (20 JUN 1927 - 14 MAY 2003)

Former Gilman resident Walter H. Uher Sr., 75, Phillips, died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at Memorial Health Center in Medford.

Walter was born in Illinois, to Konstant & Victoria (Tomczak) Uher, and served with the US Army, in WW 2.

Funeral services were Saturday, May 17 at Our Lady of the North Catholic Church in Phillips, with Rev. Gerald Hagen officiating. Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Phillips with military rites performed by the American Legion and VFW posts.

Heindl Funeral Home in Phillips assisted the family with arrangements.
