Wigstadt, Linda (8 NOV 1942 – 28 APR 1971)
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 1, 1970 at 1:30 p.m. from the Salem
United Methodist Church in Dorchester for Miss Linda Lou Wigstadt, 28, of Owen
(Clark Co., Wis.), who was killed instantly in a car accident at Marshfield
Wednesday morning, April 28, 1970.
The Rev. Henry Behrenburg officiated, with burial being made in Dorchester
Memorial Cemetery.
Miss Wigstadt was born November 8, 1942 in the town of Mayville (Clark Co.), and
received her education in the Dorchester schools.
She had been employed as a secretary at American Gas Company in Owen for three
years prior to her employment at Marshfield Homes since 1967.
She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church of Dorchester.
Survivors include a brother, Daniel Wigstadt, Ft. Campbell, Kentucky; a sister,
Mrs. Ronald (Dorothy) Baumgartner, Spencer; and her mother, Mrs. Louis (Grace)
Wigstadt, route 1, Dorchester.
She was preceded in death by her father.
