Blume, Inez (6 DEC 1921 – 26 JUN 1970)
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at
Stetsonville for Mrs. Harry Blume, 48, of route 2, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), who
was pronounced dead on arrival Friday at Medford Memorial Hospital, where she
was taken after becoming ill at her home. Death was attributed to an embolism.
The Rev. James Harte, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in St. Mary's
Cemetery in the town of Holway (Taylor County).
Pallbearers were Vernon Kowalewski, Frank Oslolkowski, Alfred Blume, Art Blume,
Matt Nowak and George Hamm.
The former Inez Hamm was born in the town of Holway on December 6, 1921. She
received her education there and was married at Stetsonville December 27, 1948,
to Henry Blume, who survives her. The couple farmed on route 2, Owen.
Survivors include her husband, three children, Joanne, Dennis and Vincent, at
home; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Neibacher, route 2, Owen; Mrs. Margaret Macik
and Mrs. Mac Nowak, also of route 2, Owen, and a brother, Archie Hamm, route 2,
Owen.
She was preceded in death by two children and a brother.
