Point Muga, California (FHTNC) – Navy Petty Officer Third Class Francis G.
Wilczek, son of Mr. and Mr.s Frank J. Wilczek of Route 1, Withee (Clark Co.),
Wisconsin, returned to Point Muga, California with Naval Mobile Construction
Battalion Three (MCB-3), after an eight month deployment to Okinawa.
Assigned as "alert" battalion for the Pacific Fleet, MCB-3 carried out an
extensive construction program at Camp Kinser and other military installations
on the island.
