Timothy L. Bulgrin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Bulgrin, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), a graduate of Owen-Withee High School, attained the Dean's Honor Roll during the Spring Quarter at Milwaukee School of Engineering.

To be named to the Dean's Honor Roll at Milwaukee School of Engineering a student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher our of 4.0.

A total of 196 students attained the Dean's Honor Roll during the Spring Quarter, which ended May 23, 1970.. Forty-one students had a grade point average of 3.7 or higher. These students represent a cross section of those enrolled in electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as those registered in the engineering technology curriculums at MSOE.
