Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Opelt and Mr. and Mrs. John Apfel, all of
Neillsville. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Quicker of Granton and Legare Apfel of
Neillsville are the baby’s great-grandparents.
