McCormick, Rev./Mrs. L.L. (Golden - November 1974)

The Rev. and Mrs. L. L. McCormick, formerly of Chili and now of Holmen, observed their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday afternoon, November 16, with a reception at Asbury United Methodist Church, La Crosse. The event was hosted by their children.

Rev. and Mrs. McCormick were married in Freeport, Il. He retired in June of this year after serving the United Methodist churches in Marshfield and Chili for 14 years. Presently, Rev. McCormick serves as visitation pastor at Asbury in La Crosse.

Among those attending the reception were former parishioners from the Chili and Marshfield churches, and the Dorchester church which Rev. McCormick also served.

All members of the King’s couples group from Immanuel attended.
