Thomas Dean Cullen, 60, Medford, died Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Marshfield.

Memorial services were Saturday, Sept. 13 at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Rev. Dennis Meulemans officiating. Cremation will take place at a later date in the Medford Evergreen Cemetery.

Thomas served in the US Air Force, during Vietnam. He was married to Elizabeth A. Cullen.
