Stickel, Kela Brianna (Kolbeck) (12 AUG 1978 - 19 JUL 2003)
Kela Brianna Stickel, granddaughter of former Ogema residents Harlan and Eleanor
Schoonover, died Saturday, July 19, 2003, in a private plane crash near
Steamboat Springs, Colo.
Her husband, Keith Colin Stickel died in the same accident. Memorial services
were held in Colorado and Wisconsin. Burial was in Wisconsin Memorial Park,
Brookfield, Waukesha Co., Wisconsin.

Stickel, Keith Colin Stickel, Kela Brianna (Kolbeck) tragically died Saturday,
July 19, 2003 in a private plane crash near Steamboat Springs, CO.
Keith and Kela, both 24, were married for 3 years and resided in Windsor, CO.
Kela is the beloved daughter of Dale and Diane Kolbeck of Oconomowoc, WI. She
will be deeply missed by sisters Karli (Dale) Olson of Edina, MN and Kassi
Kolbeck of Oconomowoc.
Cherished granddaughter of Harlan and Eleanor Schoonover of Waukesha, WI and
Carol Kolbeck of Germantown, WI. Kela was a 1996 graduate of Kettle Moraine H.S.
and a 2000 graduate of the UW Whitewater. Kela was a CPA with Halliburton,
Hogsett, Scott & Associates PC in Loverland, CO. Keith was a 1997 graduate of
Worthington Kilbourne H.S. and a 2001 graduate of Ohio State University with a
degree in engineering. He was employed by HP Invert, Ft. Collins, CO, as an
electrical engineer.
Keith is survived by parents Don and Barb Stickel of Powell, OH; brother Don
(Leann) Stickel of Decatur, IL; sister Sheila Stickel of Powell: grandparents
Harold and Kathleen Lambeth of Holt, MI, Don and Helen Stickel of Charleston,
IL. Keith and Kela are also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear
friends. They will be deeply missed by all who knew them.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 PM. On Thursday, July 24 (TODAY) at the
Funeral Home. The family will received friends beginning at 4:30 p. Services
will also be held in Colorado and Ohio.
