Kozak, Justina (1887? – 30 DEC 1970)

Mrs. Justina Kozak, 83, passed away at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Kaplia, route 1, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), on December 30, 1970. Her death was due to a heart condition.

Final rites were held in Chicago at two o'clock January 2, 1971 at the Greek Orthodox Church, with burial being made in the Elmwood Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. John (Florence) Kaplia, Withee; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She lived in Chicago practically all her life, coming to Withee in 1949 to make her home with her daughter. Her husband preceded her in death in 1943.
