Samantha Jo “Sam” “Josie” Fuchs, 18, Medford, died Friday, December 30, 2005, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

A mass of Christian burial was held Monday, January 2, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Whittlesey, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Interment was at St. Ann's Cemetery in the Town of Greenwood.

Pallbearers were Dustin Bartelt, Devin Bartelt, Damin Bartelt, Sara Fuchs, Becky Fuchs, Andrea Fuchs, Kayla Roiger and Katie Adams.

Samantha is the daughter of Daughter of Thomas and Lesia (Strebig) Fuchs.

Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.
