Harding, Terry J. (Brennan) (14 APR 1939 - 23 JAN 2006)

Terry J. Harding, 66, Athens, died Monday, January 23, 2006, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital while under Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 26, at 7 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home in Athens, with Rev. Charles Hiebl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Athens. Visitation will be on Thursday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of service.

The former Terry Brennan was born April 14, 1939 in Wausau to the late Lawrence and Florence (Graykowski) Brennan. Her marriage to Robert Harding, who survives, took place on July 26, 1958.

Besides crocheting, reading and writing poetry, she enjoyed drawing and painting. She was very involved in politics, but what gave her the greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, survivors include three daughters, Lisa (Keith) Bergmann of Athens, Robbye (Henry Blennert) Lueth of Rib Lake and Jackie (Brad Wurtzel) Helgeson of Stoddard; three sons, Daniel (Connie) Harding of Rice Lake, Patrick Harding of Pelican Lake and Richard (Patty) Harding of Athens; 14 grandchildren, Corey, Nick, Mandy, Kendra, Megan, Eric, Evan, Aaron, Jessie, Marissa, Max, Bailey, Taylour and Tanner; two sisters, Peggy (Butch) Oravez of Mosinee and Deann Calloway of Wausau; and one brother, Bruce (Sandy) Brennan of Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Tony Bergmann, and two brothers, Lawrence and James Brennan.
