Troy Allen, weighing none pounds and ten and one-half ounces, born Wednesday,

The Paulsen's also have a son, Rory. Mrs. Paulsen is the former Karen Potocnik,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Potocnik of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.).
