Mr. and Mrs. Victor C. Nielsen of Phillips, formerly of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), announce the engagement of their daughter, Sally Ann, to L. Thomas Bychinski, son of Mrs. Elaine Bychinski of Wausau. Miss Nielsen is a 1968 graduate of Phillips High School, and is a junior at Stout. Mr. Bychinski graduated from Wausau Senior High School in 1964 and Marathon County Technical Institute in 1966, and at present is also a junior at Stout. Both Miss Nielsen and Mrs. Bychinski will graduate in 1972.

Wedding plans are being made for the spring of 1972.
