Davis, Barry (29 AUG 1939 - 28 MAR 2018)

Barry Davis passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Golden Age Manor surrounded by his family.

He fought a courageous fight against Parkinson’s disease for five years at Golden Age Manor, where he received loving care from staff. Barry’s family extends their appreciation to the staff for their hard work.

He was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Chetek, Wis., to James and Arvilla Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Dan.

Barry is survived by his wife, Marlene (Dado) Davis; his brother, Sidney James Davis; and his sister, Verna (Davis) Jackson.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Williamson-White Funeral Home, Amery, Wis., with Fr. Gene Murphy officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the spring.
