Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hughes, city (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.), are elated at receiving word that they became paternal grandparents for the fist time Saturday, March 13, 1971, when a daughter, Kathleen Constance, was born to their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Hughes of Minneapolis.

Kathleen weighed seven and one-half pounds at birth.
