FT. Wainwright, Alaska, March 16, 1971 – Army Private 1st Class Gary J. Marcott,
30, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Marcott, route 1, Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.),
recently was assigned to the 171st Infantry Brigade at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska.
Pvt Marcott is assigned as a driver in Troop E of the brigade's 16th Calvary.
He entered the Army in September 1870 and was last stationed at Fort Knox,
Kentucky.
