Viatonis, Ellen I. (16 JUN 1895 – 24 APR 1971)

Private service for Ellen Isabel Viatonis, 75, were held at two o'clock Tuesday at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby. She passed away late Saturday at the Colonial Home in Colby.

The Rev. Francis Bushman, pastor at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, officiated, and burial was made in the Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Ellen Viatonis was born June 16, 1895 in Lithuania, and came to the United States in 1914, and made her home in Chicago. In 1929, she came to the town of Longwood (Clark Co., Wis.), where she made her home until 1942 when she moved to Colby.

Survivors include a son, Antone Viatonis, Miami, Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Clinton (Helen) Loos, Colby; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters living in Lithuania.
