Siebenshuh, Linda Kay (Marriage – 27 December 1974)
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Allen Bergen, who exchanged marriage vows December 27 at the
Church of Christ in Eau Claire before the Rev. Leslie Rickerson, are making
their home at Holcombe where he is guidance counselor for the Holcombe Public
Schools.
The bride is the former Miss Linda Kay Siebenshuh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Siebenshuh of Eau Claire. Mr. and Mrs. Max Bergen, Neillsville, are the groom’s
parents.
A holiday bouquet of red roses with holly and ivy accented the lace-trimmed
white polyester bridal gown framed by a fingertip-length veil.
Long-sleeved, empire style gowns of red velvet were worn by the bride’s
attendants, Miss Pat Engeset of Menomonie maid-of-honor, and Carol and Kathy
Siebenshuh of Eau Claire, bridesmaids. They carried white muffs trimmed with
holly.
Bobbi Bergen served as bestman and Rick Bergen and Larry Earle, as groomsmen.
Ushers Fred Siebenshuh and Donn Warner seated guests.
A reception was held at the Holiday Inn, Eau Claire, following the 7 p.m.
ceremony.
The new Mrs. Bergen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a
degree in home economics education. Her husband has a master’s degree in
guidance and counseling from the same school.
