Urban, Brenda (Family Leader of Tomorrow - 1975)
Brenda Urban has been named Neillsville High School’s “Family Leader of
Tomorrow.” She won the honor in a written competition with other seniors of the
high school and is eligible to compete for state and national honors. State
winners receive a $1,500 college scholarship; winner of first place in the
national competition will receive a $5,000 scholarship. Second, third and fourth
place winners on the national level will receive scholarships of $4,000, $3,000
and $2,000 respectively. A $1,000 nutrition scholarship also is available if the
state winner is planning a college major in nutrition or a related field.
