Doescher, Steven Earl (22 AUG 1970 – ? JUL 1973)
Steven Earl, 2 year and 11 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Doescher, Chili
(Clark Co., Wis.), was accidentally killed at a family gathering at his
grandparent's home. He was sleeping on a blanket when he was run over by an
uncle backing up a car.
He died two hours later at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, of head injuries.
Services for Steven were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hansen Chapel in
Marshfield. The Rev. Eldore F. Messerschmidt, pastor of the Marshfield Immanuel
Lutheran Church, officiated, and burial was made in the Hillside Cemetery.
Seven was born August 22, 1970 in Marshfield.
In additions to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Kevin, Daniel,
Darrell, and Kurt, all at home; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James
Mannigal, route 1, Chili, Mrs. Kenneth Gadke, route 3, Marshfield, and Earl
Schultz, Port Washington.
Preceding him in death was his grandfather, Clayton Doescher, in 1960.
