Reise, Dimple Daphne (25 November 1927 – 11 April 2018)
Dimple Daphne Reise was born to Jessie and Roy King on November 25, 1927, in
Neillsville, Wisconsin. She passed away peacefully at home on April 11, 2018,
with family by her side.
She was second youngest in a family of 10 children: Elgar, Mildred, Guy,
Jeynettia, Morley, Leroy, Elliot, Alice and Ned, who have all predeceased her.
While growing up, she lived on a large farm and took care of her nephews and
nieces, so her siblings could continue to work and keep the farm going. That is
where she met her husband, Roy Reise, who was hired as a farm hand. They
relocated to Washington in 1957, to be closer to her brother Leroy and his wife,
Mary. Her husband, Roy, preceded her in death in 2002.
She is survived by her son Roger Reise, her daughter Linda Reise-Masteller, 6
grandchildren: Steve and Robin Reise, Brandi Eide, Dusti Trickle, and John and
Krissy Housden.
She has 14 great-grandchildren: Danica Giermann, Becca Moore, Kayla Reise,
Austin, River, Levi, Cole, and Chevelle Reise, Eli and Ian Trickle and Alyssa,
Tyler, Dakoyta and Cayleb Reninger. She also has one great-great grandson, Ian
Moore.
Dimple loved flowers and grew beautiful gladiolas. She was involved in TOPS, and
loved Bingo, Yahtzee and her friends and family.
