Mr. and Mrs. Nyole Creed attended a surprise birthday party for her mother, Mrs.
Hilma Maatta, on her 87th birthday on Sunday in rural Ogema.
Mr. and Mrs. Nyole Creed were recent visitors at the Ernest Link home in
Menomonie, and the Fred Keller home at Fountain City.
Mr. and Mrs. Erland Shelley and children, Kevin and Lana, attended the double
birthday party which was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Duran Shelley and
Richard Boushon.
Mrs. Lloyd Cook has returned to her home after flying to Bozeman, Montana to
join her cousins, Mrs. Ralph Peterson and daughter Nancy, Curtiss, on a tour of
the Yellowstone National Park, the scenic drive through the Black Hills, and a
Passion Play, and they returned to their home together.
Mr. and Mrs. Salem Johnson accompanied their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Wheatly, back to their home in Potomac, Va., where they are going
to visit for one week.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Molle were Saturday evening guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Molle.
