Allar, Mr./Mrs. Frank (Gold – 3 SEP 1973)

Friends and relatives will gather together on September 2, 1973 at the Frank Allar residence to help them celebrate tehri 50th wedding anniversary.

Mr. and Mrs. Allar, Route 2, Spencer, were married on September 3, 1923, in Milwaukee. The couple has resided in this area for most of their life, where Frank was engaged in farming.

Mr. Allar was born on March 10, 1900, and grew up in this area. Mrs. Allar, the former Florence little, was born January 14, 1905, and grew up in the Eau Claire area.

Mr. and Mrs. Allar have six children, Eugene of Unity, Richard of Racine, Jerry of Milwaukee, David of Marshfield, Shirley Ehrenstrom of Lak Bronson, Minn., and Sandra Hahn of Spencer. They also have 17 grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Allar were honored by their children at a dinner held in Colby on August 25.

The Open House will be held from 1 to 5 p.m., with everyone welcome to attend.
