Mr. and Mrs. Merle Bartsch attended a Credit Union meeting in Stevens Point on
Saturday evening.
On Wednesday afternoon Mrs. Warren Mechelke, Mrs. Merle Bartsch, Mrs. Donald
Rowe, and Mrs. Nyle Benedict met at the home of Marcia Crothers, where the
ladies made plans for the buffet supper to be held at the York Town Hall on
November 7. It will feature lasagna, meat pie, and chicken casserole.
Her Nickel of New Ulm, formerly of the Town of York, died on sund, and the
funeral will be held Wednesday at Neillsville.
