Cadet Candidate Scott E. Schober, 19, of Loyal (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, began
studies at the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School, Ft. Belvoir, Va., to
prepare him for an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y.
He will receive nine and a half months of instruction and training, which will
assist him in the areas of academics, military aptitude and physical training.
The School prepares future West Point Cadets to qualify for the academic and
physical standards of the U.S. Military Academy.
Schober is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph R. Schober, 304 Division Street, Loyal.
