Stange, Herbert J. (19 DEC 1904 – 17 OCT 1973)
Herbert J. Stange, 68, R. 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.0, was found dead at his home
Wednesday morning, October 17, 1973. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m.
Saturday, October 20, 1973, at the Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, with the Rev.
William Humlie officiating. Burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery.
The Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Herbert Stange was born December 19, 1904 in the Town of Beaver (Clark Co.), and
received his education in Loyal area school. He never married. He farmed on the
home farm, served in the Army for three years, and worked for Allis Chalmers in
West Allis for 13 years. He moved to Loyal, where he spent his retirement years.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Otto (Marie) Dallman, R. 1, Loyal, and two
brothers, Albert, Wausau, and Alois, Athens.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Full military rites were conducted by the Loyal American Legion Post 175.
Pallbearers were Alvin Fravert, Art Fravert, Edward Fravert, Henry Kostlevy,
Chet Pernsteiner, and Albert Witt.
