Sp./4 Roderick Gardner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gardner, Route 1, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), returned January 13, 1974 to McNair Kicern Army Base at Hoeser, Germany. Roddy has been on a month's leaves after serving 13 months in Germany. He is expecting serve the next 1 1/2 years at the same base.

Roddy is a 1972 graduate of Loyal High School.
