Patricia LaBarge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond LaBarge, Route 2, Loyal
(Clark Co., Wis.), has been chosen to represent Loyal High School as the D.A.R.
representative.
Three nominees were chosen by the senior class and the faculty voted on the
final selection. Patricia will now be nominated for the honor on the state
level.
Leadership, dependability, service to the school and community, and patriotism,
all to an outstanding degree are the qualifications for those being considered
for the D.A.R. award.
Patricia through four years in high school has participated in the following
activities: Girls Athletic Association for four eyars; president of the Student
Council her senior year; the National Honor Society for the two years Loyal has
had one; class treasurer for her junior year, and girls' basketball for one
year.
