Haslow, Bertha Ann (30 MAR 1974)
Bertha Ann Haslow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Haslow, 416 Elm Drive, Loyal
(Clark Co., Wis.), was married to Donald F. Hazlewood, Rice Lake, son of Mrs.
Emma Hazlewood, Rice Lake, and the late Mr. Hazlewood, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday,
March 30, 1974, at Trinity Lutheran Church of Loyal. The Rev. Wm. Humlie,
pastor, and Rev. A. Eytzen, Rice Lake, officiated.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, chose a white street length
dress with empire waist and trimmed in lace. Her elbow length veil fell from a
cluster of lace flowers with seed pears. Flowers were orange blossoms and
pompoms.
Mrs. Jean Voss was organist and Mrs. Judy Haslow was soloist.
Mrs. June Seeger, Loyal, sister of the bride, was matron of honor, and chose a
blue street length dress with empire waist. Her short veil was held with flowers
and pearls. Her flowers were pink and white pompoms.
Raymond Hazlewood, Rice Lake, brother of the groom, was best man.
Russell Haslow, Loay, and Alan Tesmer, Madison, performed ushering duties.
A 3:30 dinner was held in the church fellowship hall.
The bride is a graduate of Loyal High School, and the groom attended Rice Lake
High School, and is engaged in farming.
After a wedding trip to Minnesota, they will make their home at R. 2, Rice Lake.
