Saturday, April 20, 1974 was the date chosen for the wedding of Meda Jean Felix,
Arlington, Virginia, and Jerome Francis Krempacky, Arlington, Virginia. Parents
of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. George Plautz, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and
Mr. and Mrs. Max Krempacky, Smithton, Pennsylvania.
The Rev. Delbert Flink performed the 2:00 nuptial ceremony, which was held at
St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, chose a gown of ivory
colored, double edged embroidered lace over polyester crepe. Her flowers
consisted of a garden bouquet.
Laurie Plautz of Greenwood was maid of honor, and Mrs. George Plautz Jr. of
Arlington Va., Mrs. John Felix of Greenwood, and Mrs. Noel Felix of Loyal were
bridesmaids, and were seen in dotted Swiss dresses with small floral print. They
carried baskets of daisies and baby's breath.
Julie Bugar was flower girl.
Albert Martinez of Takoma Park, Maryland was best man, and John Felix,
Greenwood, Noel Felix, Loyal, and Francis Oravec of Takoma Park, Maryland, were
groomsmen.
George Plautz and Tim Smith performed ushering duties.
Gig Plautz was the organist and Mrs. Corrine Armitage was the soloist.
A dinner was held at St. Mary's Hall, with a dance and reception at the American
Legion Hall in Greenwood.
The bride is a 1970 graduate of Alverno College, Milwaukee, and is employed in
Personnel, FBI., Washington, D.C.
Her husband is an April 1974 graduate of Computer Learning Center, Fairfax,
Virginia, and is employed by the FBI in Washington, D.C.
The couple will make their home at Arlington, Virginia.
