The annual banquet given by the John Wuethrich Creamery Co., Inc., for their employees and their wives and husband, was held Saturday, May 4, 1974 in the Fellowship Hall of the Loyal United Methodist Church, with the ladies of the church serving a delicious banquet.

Awards for 5 years of service with the company were presented to James Petkovsek and Walter Seeger, and a 15 year award was presented to Newman Felton. Tom Behrens was presented with a gold watch as an award for 25 years of service.

Safe driver pins were presented to the following drivers: 1 years to Tom Behrens, Audrey Halverson and Daniel Krehmeyer; 2 years to Nyle Bran; 3 years to Earl Caliebe, Merle Krehmeyer, James Petkovsek and Richard Scherer. A 10 year pin was presented to Raymond Johnson.

Appearing on the program was Mark Malinowski with his humorous declamation" How to Get Down from an Elephant." Raul Echeverria, an exchange student from Guatemala, favored the group with some very nice musical numbers on his guitar. The Loyal Swing Choir, under the direction of Miss Joanna Squire, present a very pretty musical dance program.

The floral centerpieces that decorated the tables were made up of small individual corsages and each lady received one.
