A wedding reception was held for Mr. and Mrs. James Salisbury – Jennie Gereau –
at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Gereau on Sunday, July 4, 1971. A
lunch was served and a beautiful wedding cake made by Mrs. Harley Faude.
People here were the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bhurnard Custer of
Stratford, and Mrs. Henry Gereau of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.). Others were
brothers, Jim, Phil, and Paul, Mr. and Mrs. David Gereau and son from Wausau;
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Telsehow and girls of Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Burris and
girls from Withee; Mrs. Eva Ingrigbutsen from Minneapolis, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Custer and son from Stratford, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Gereau and son from
Kansas City, Kansas; Mrs. Myrtle Dwafenback and Mrs. Albert Hess from Bruce,
Wis.
They were married June 12, 1971 on her folk's 25th Wedding Anniversary. Their
attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Zarada of St. Paul.
