Ackermann, Maj. Carl (Military - 1975)
Word has been received here that Maj. Carl Ackermann has been promoted to
Lieutenant Colonel. He is stationed at Sumter A.F.B., Sumter, S. C. Mrs.
Ackermann is the former Gladys Drew of Greenwood, daughter of Mrs. Glen Drew and
the late Glen Drew. The Ackermann’s have two sons, Richard and James. The family
are frequent visitors here.
