Krueger, Minnie M. (25 August 1881 – 17 February 1975)
A native of the Town of Grant and resident of Memorial Home, Mrs. Minnie M.
Krueger of Milwaukee, died Monday, February 17, at the age of 93 following a
brief illness. Order of the Eastern Star services were to be held Wednesday at
1:30 p.m. at the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home. Funeral services were scheduled
for Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Grand Avenue Congregational Church, 2133 W.
Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, with private interment to be in Valhalla Cemetery,
Milwaukee.
Mrs. Krueger, the daughter of Ernest and Amelia (Thrune) Hantke, was born August
25, 1881, in the Town of Grant and was educated in local schools. She worked at
La Crosse for a short time, then moved to Milwaukee.
Her marriage to Emil Krueger took place May 7, 1911, in the Town of Grant. Mr.
Krueger, who was associated with Badger Meter Works of Milwaukee, died June 1,
1949. Mrs. Krueger was a member of Chapter No. 267, OES, and of the Grand Avenue
Congregational Church, Milwaukee.
