Bottlemy, Mr./Mrs. Warren (Silver – 18 February 1975)
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Bottlemy of Greenwood celebrated their 25th wedding
anniversary at the Memorial Hall in Dorchester Saturday evening, when they
entertained relatives and friends at a dance and buffet supper.
Warren Bottlemy and the former Joanne Rise were married February 18, 1915
(error, should be 1950) in the Hebron Methodist Church in Hebron, Il. They lived
in Hebron, where they operated a milk route and farmed, until coming to the
Greenwood area 16 years ago and settled on the farm six-miles north of
Greenwood.
The couple has five sons: Ronald of Neillsville; Douglas, Gregory, Kurt and
Mark, all at home and three grandchildren, Shelley, Sherry and Scott.
Among the guests were their attendants Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wessell formerly of
Hebron, now residing in Spencer.
