Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Rasmussen received word that their son-in-law, Bill Knittle of Minneapolis, suffered a heart attack. They left on Sunday for Minneapolis to be with him.

Mr. and Mrs. George Sorensen visited friends in Menomonie on Monday.

Mrs. Earl Mehus of Minneapolis spent a few days last week visiting her mother, Mrs. Chris Frost, and with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Thorwald Frost and family.

Graveside services were held Monday at Riverside Cemetery for Mrs. Rub (Tisdale) Price, 58, with Rev. Lester Kringle, pastor of the Alliance Church, officiating. Mrs. Price was a resident of this area before moving to Texas. She is survived by a son, Robert Erickson, and a daughter, Geraldine, and two sisters.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Meier and family of Menasha returned home Monday afternoon after spending the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Meier.

On Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Meier and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Corlas Meier and family of Stetsonville were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Meier.

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Pomputis and Lori were dinner guests Sunday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Bruchert.
