Mr. and Mrs. Norman Kind of Iron River, Michigan, visited from Tuesday through
Friday at the home of Mrs. Kind's brother, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kobs. Other visitors
at the Kobs' home recently were Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Washkowich of Wisconsin
Rapids.
Mr. and Mrs. Karl Jensen of rural Withee visited at the Mrs. Carla Lien and
Cornel Erickson homes on Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Vodika were Marshfield callers on Friday.
Keith, Julie and Kyle Schumacher of Eau Claire spent the weekend with their
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cornel Erickson, while their parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Don Schumacher attended a meeting and banquet at the Hoffman House at Wausau.
The banquet speaker was General Westmorland.
Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Peissig and Margaret Wredman returned from a trip which
took them to visit the children of the Peissigs, Clyde and family at Great
Falls, Montana, and Clayton and family in Sacramento, California.
Mrs. Albert Rohland and daughter Sheila visited Mrs. Rohland's mother in Stanley
on Sunday.
