Twenty five children of Holy Rosary Parish made their First Communion on Sunday, May 13, 1972 at the 10 o'clock service, with Father Becker serving the Mass. He was assisted at Communion by Father Malnar of Greenwood.

Second Graders were Brenda Callaway, Karen Devine, Julie Gehrke, Sam Allen, Janet Klapatauskas, Ann Laube, Mike Gannon, James Kovatch, David Mills, Burt Peissig, Brent Rineck, Mark Wachsmuth and Donald Zukowski.

Third Graders were Donald Goessl, Renee Dunow, Sheila German, Nancy Gosse, James Jalowitz, Elizabeth Johnson, Paula Johnson, Rick Le Page, Jean Przybylski, Jill Oehler, Biran Rennie and William Stock.

Preparing these students for Communion were Sister Eileen and Mrs. Virginia Herrington.
