Schnoor, Lorance H. (31 OCT 1917 – 26 JUN 1972)
Lorance Henry Schnoor, 54, of route 2, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), died Monday
morning of a Coronary attack at his desk at the Clark County Hospital, where he
was maintenance supervisor.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday) at the United Church
of Christ, Owen, and burial followed at the Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Hilding
Peterson, pastor, officiated. Hoeper-Kraut Funeral Home in Owen was in charge of
arrangements.
Mr. Schnoor was born October 31, 1917 in the town of Beaver in Clark County, and
attended the town of Beaver Grade School. On December 19, 1942, in Illinois, he
married Ruth Hautamaki, who survives him. He was employed at the Clark County
Hospital for the past 30 years.
Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Shirley) Kademan, Marshfield;
one granddaughter, and his mother, Mrs. Floy Schnoor, Owen.
