Wood, Anna Marie (29 JAN 1910 – 29 JUN 1972)

Mrs. Wallace Wood, 62, of route 1, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), died last Thursday at her home in the town of Hixon.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hoeper-Kraut Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Sullivan, pastor of Nazareth Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial was made in the Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Anna Marie Wood was born January 29, 1910 at Withee, and was married April 7, 1932 to Wallace Wood. They farmed in the town of Hixon.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Gilbert (Janet) Cardinal, route 1, Withee; and two granddaughters.

A son, William, was fatally injured in a car accident June 10, 1972, and two half-brothers, Peter and Chris Christopherson, also preceded her in death.
