Margaret Chrastowski, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and James Riley, Owen, said
marriage vows at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 1972, in the Holy Rosary Catholic
Church. The Rev. George A. Becker, pastor, officiated. James Williams was
soloist and organist was Mrs. Wm. Mahoney Jr.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Antasch, Mosinee, was given in marriage
by Mr. Antasch to the son of Mrs. Frances Riley, Owen.
For her wedding day she wore a white bubble lace and pink chiffon dress with
petal shoulder length veil. Her nosegay bouquet contained pink roses and white
carnations.
In pin chiffon and avocado floral gowns were the bridal attendants, Mrs. Frank
Hollar, matron of honor, and Mr.s James Williams, brides matron. Both are from
Mosinee.
Attendants of the groom were Jerome Riley of Erie, Pennsylvania, best man, and
Floyd Clifton of Deerfield, and Frank Hallas, Mosinee, shared ushering duties.
Following the 3 p.m. wedding, dinner was served in the church dining hall, and
later a reception and dance took place in the American Legion Hall, Owen.
Mr. and Mr.s Riley's honeymoon took them to northern Wisconsin and Michigan.
They are making their home in Owen.
He is a rural mail carrier and a 1945 graduate of Owen High School. Mrs. Riley
graduated from Mosinee High School in that year and is owner of the Sunset Motel
in Owen.
